Access Transit with Gator Pass
Gator Pass acts as a Clipper card, the all-in-one transit card for the Bay Area. Gator Pass allows you to take unlimited rides on many Bay Area transportation services. You can use it to pay for rides on trains, buses and ferries. Available in fall and spring only.

Cost
The Gator Pass offers unlimited access to Bay Area transit, providing significant savings and convenience for students. The cost of the Gator Pass is $130/semester. Some programs include the fee in your tuition. If the fee was not included in your tuition, it will show up on your student account as a “transit fee.”
Eligibility
Students in these programs are eligible for a Gator Pass. If you are a student in a program with Gator Pass included in your tuition, we will email you a link to opt in about a month before classes start.

Gator Pass is linked to your OneCard (SF State ID card). You will need a OneCard to use the Gator Pass.
